We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.

• Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail as soon as the order is received.

• Since each artisan’s process is unique, we try to dispatch the order within 6-7 working days.It could vary according to the Shipping address.

• In case of customisations, we will require additional time and an additional fee of INR 300/- will be charged.

• Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.

• Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.

• Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.

• As soon as your package is shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking information.

• We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner’s end.

• If customer refused to accept two continuous COD orders after that only prepaid orders will be accepted.
